At CityKid Java we believe in small batch roasting to maintain the highest degree of respect for each of the coffees roast profile. Smaller batches keep coffee from being "stock piled" and guarantee a high level of integrity and freshness, which is something our customers value. All our coffee is roast to order - so our customers get the best cup of coffee possible each and every time they drink CityKid Java. We also supply the customer with as much information as possible in regard to the origin of each coffee, its' environment, growing conditions and cupping profile.
